How do drivers access BookYourDock?
Drivers access BookYourDock through a self check-in kiosk at reception or via their smartphone (QR code). They declare their arrival, receive an LC-CSA alphanumeric pager, then wait in the cab, on the parking lot or in the waiting area until their dock number appears on the pager.

SMS
Send SMS to drivers from the yard management software to inform them of their dock scheduling slot or notify them of a change.
SmartBooking appointment confirmations, access instructions and documents sent automatically by email from the YMS.
Driver Pager
Pager system provided by Lean&Co to alert on-site drivers. Dock staff calls the driver via pager when dock scheduling indicates a dock is ready.
