Driver Pagers for Logistics
How to tell a driver their dock is ready without keeping them at reception?
On arrival the driver receives the LC-CSA alphanumeric pager. They can then wait in the cab, on the parking lot or in the dedicated waiting area. Once a dock is ready, the manager sends the dock number (or instructions) via the LC-3000T transmitter. 1000 m range, no subscription, 3-year hardware warranty.
Equip your drivers with a wireless pager and call them to the dock in one click, no PA system or back-and-forth
Logistics warehouses, distribution platforms, industrial sites with goods reception, cross-docking, ports and terminals: every one of them faces the same constraint — coordinating dozens or even hundreds of trucks per day on a saturated yard, without blocking internal production or making drivers wait for hours in front of the doors. Our Coaster-QM driver pager system, powered by the LC-3000T transmitter and the alphanumeric LC-CSA pagers, turns your parking lot into a smart waiting zone: the driver waits comfortably in the cab and receives the assigned dock number directly on the pager the moment it becomes available.
In practice, as soon as a driver arrives at reception, your team hands them an LC-CSA pager linked to a number. When a dock becomes free, the operator simply types the dock number on the LC-3000T call base: the driver's pager vibrates, rings, flashes and clearly displays the dock number in alphanumeric characters, visible at a glance, even at night. The driver moves out, presents at the right dock, and loading or unloading starts without delay. No more drivers leaving their cabin, no more queues, no more language misunderstandings: the information is universal and read instantly.
The Coaster-QM pack is sized for the most demanding sites: 1000 metres outdoor range to cover the largest logistics yards, up to 999 pagers managed simultaneously from a single base, a charger handling 15 pagers at once to prepare the fleet overnight, IPX54 waterproofing and a shockproof shell to withstand weather, rain, dust and repeated drops on asphalt. Wireless installation in less than a day, no mandatory software licence to get started, optional integration with our BookYourDock Yard Management System for the next step (carrier smart booking, automatic dock allocation, document traceability and statistics). Hardware backed by a 3-year warranty, Swiss after-sales service.
Product overview

3 problems killing your truck rotation
Drivers leaving their cab and crowding your office
On arrival, the driver gets out to ask where to park: he queues at reception, ties up an agent and blocks the yard.
No reliable way to reach a driver who is waiting
Once on the parking lot, you cannot warn him quickly: unanswered phone calls, searching the yard, minutes lost every rotation.
Customer penalties and late departures
Every dock freed too late costs money: dwell penalties, overtime, falling service rate.
How our driver pagers solve those 3 problems
Answer to problem 1 — pager handed to the driver on arrival
The dock manager hands an alphanumeric pager to the driver at check-in: he goes back to his cab and waits on the parking lot, reception cleared.
Answer to problem 2 — dock number sent in an instant
When the dock is ready, the dock manager sends the dock number straight to the driver's pager: no phone calls, no searching, the driver moves without hesitation.
Answer to problem 3 — -50 % dwell, +30 % rotations
Trucks called at the right moment, no more dwell penalties, service rate restored without extra hiring.
